Cancellation Policy

NUE Health & Wellness Booking Policy 1. Appointments & Reservations All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. A valid contact number and email address are required to secure your booking. We recommend booking early to ensure availability, especially for weekends. 2. Payment & Deposits A 50% deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Any remaining balance is due at the time of service. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 4. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. 5. Refunds All sales are final. If you need to make changes to your appointment, we’re happy to help you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. 6. Health & Safety Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. 7.
